We began working on this remodel at the very beginning and collaborated with our client on every selection.
The kitchen was custom built and painted with a two tone effect to really accentuate the kitchen. This is the space you see as you are walking into the home and we really wanted it to stand out.
The brass fixtures were added to pop against the white.
Gold globe pendant lights were added above the island. The island has a beautiful waterfall edge, that is visible from the front door.
Cafe appliances were used in the kitchen with the brass handles.
This home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms all custom designed by KFH. There are two owner's bedrooms. One located on the main level of the home and the other is a private suite upstairs. Downstairs we added a shower and double vanity. Stacked subway tile was used in the shower to give it a more modern look.
The hall bath was created with the idea that it would be a more fun and kid friendly bathroom. This is also the bathroom that would be used by guests.
There is an additional guest bathroom attached to one of the extra bedrooms. We used a navy vanity with some fun floor tile. Built in shelves were added to the space.
The main living room in the home is connected with the kitchen and dining space. We added the vertical shiplap on the beam to make it stand out.
Upstairs we have the master retreat. With a sliding barn door leading in to the huge owner's bathroom with a 72 in double vanity, shower, and soaking tub. We used the same tile behind the sink and the shower to add a statement wall to this space.
The exterior of the home was transformed with paint and wood accents. New cedar garage doors were added.
